The new C'Tan power "Transdimentional Thunderbolt" goes like this:



It's clear that the first target cannot be a character <10 W, but what about the secondary units, that the thunderbolt bounce of to. Seems they can be anything, including <10W characters?

It would be a fairly common scenario to have a character within 3" buffing some unit, so target that unit, and perhaps the character gets it after all.

If you're asking if it works exactly as written, the answer is probably yes.

Agreed, works as written. If you target a unit who is within 3" from a character, the character would suffer 1 MW on 4+.

So am i allowed to snipe char with the other powers?

what exactly is the benefit of using the powers in the movement phase instead of shooting?

Because you don't shoot in your movement phase.

Yes, the secondary units can be CHARACTERS with less than 10 wounds just fine.
