Made list considering the new FAQ...

Not happy about the nerf to nids, but we just have to improvise, adapt and overcome

So considering all the new nerfs, sry, I mean "rules". I've come up with this list.

Its similar to what I've run before. Won a local tournament last week with that list, not against any particularly strong lists though. I had a Kronos Brigade in the tournament as well, only difference from this list is the malanthrope and tyrannofex for some biovores and mucolids.

How I won the tournament was; to put it short, "keep the opponent busy with deep striking units and shoot them to bits with hive guard".

I was surprised over how much I can have in DS. I added the PL's and came to 107, that gives me 53 PL to DS. 33 from the flyrants, 12 from two of the mawlocs, and 8 from 4 ripper bases. One of the mawlocs gets deployed on the board and goes underground T:1 just to let the rippers DS. He can still come in T:2.

Mawlocs. Why Mawlocs.

If anything was hit by our nerf it was them. :(

Personally. I can see our meta swinging hard one way or the other.
Hoard, where viable and heavy gunline where viable.

I honestly don't see your list standing up to an optimised army like Tau, Eldar or any other gunline :( Sadly.

I think, at the moment. We need need to focus on either going all monsters. or all horde. :(

For the sake of 2 CP I think you would have more joy running 2 battalions instead means you pay less tax and take more units that’ll do the job

You’re right, pyrovores and meiotic spores are filler units and I’d drop them if that cost me 2 CP’s. 3 CP’s from before the FAQ was a bit harder to pass up on. What should I get for the 136pts I grew up?

I also have the option to get a kraken flyrant with the -1 to hit. That would be nice.
