I don't know for sure off the top of my head, but I believe that the stratagem requires the archon to be the actual warlord.
It does say on the archon: WL(Labyrinthine Cunning); while it says: WL trait via stratagem; on the succubus and the haemonculous

Snykninja is correct, though I will probably make the non- relic archon the WL so that he is less of a target.

I'll preface this with "I run a silly amount of boats in my army".
But I'm looking at this list and I see 3 Raiders, 3 Ravagers, and 3 footslogging squads.
With the Mandrakes in reserve and something (big foot squad?) going in the WWP I mostly find myself thinking 'won't he just get shot off the board Turn 1?'
I like a lot of your individual builds, but as a cohesive army I think you're really lacking in firepower and survivability for Turn 1, and from there it feels like you'd go downhill as the game advances.
I'd probably opt to upgrade the haywire blaster Scourges to straight Blasters at the very least, I'd advocate the increased damage output to be well worth the price of dealing with the extra cost and opponent getting invulnerable saves. I'd suggest that's a better darklight investment than the handful of blast pistols also.

He is starting with 60 t5 4+/5++/6+++ wounds on the board. That's not easy to get through.
It takes on average 10 shots before feel no pain from any str 6-10 d6 damage weaponry to kill 1 raider. High volume of fire str 6 or 7 2 damage shots is their biggest threats, but these weapons aren't necessarily common (in my meta at least).

If you find that hard to get through, wouldn't the idea of starting with more of those wounds on the table be even better?

I've tried several times a list with all my vehicles (5 venoms, 2 raiders, 3 ravagers and the bomber) under the Black Heart obsession, they're very durable with that 6++. In fact at the moment the Black Heart obsession is my favorite one mostly because of the 6++ on vehicles and the warlord trait.

Me personally, yes. That's why I run full mech.
But I can see merit with a turn 2 deep strike assault force, due to the fact the vehicles are fine durability wise.

Agreed. I was all about the flayed skull kabalites but found myself drawn more and more to the black heart. I think if you are running ravagers black heart is a no brainer. If you are playing more venoms or fliers instead of the ravagers then flayed skull has some merit. But the ravagers with the archon and writ is just too strong to pass up.

I'm relieved you are advocating blasters over hwb on scourges, as I like them too and a lot of people seem to be high on hwb scourges. Blast pistols could of course be cut.
At this point, I don't want to go full mech. The flexibility of the wwp kabs is more appealing for now.

Revising this list. What tweaks would be good to afford the 2 huskblades?
