In the Drukhari Codex, for the warlord traits, treacherous deceiver says:
"Each Time you roll an unmodified saving throw of a 6 for this Warlord in the Fight phase, the enemy unit that made that attack suffers a mortal wound after it has resolved all of its attacks"

Are power from pain ignore damage rolls saving rolls? (or any other feel no pain type roll for that matter)

I cannot find a clear definition of what a saving throw is, but it seems like any roll a defender rolls to ignore damage is a saving throw.

Saving throws are taken at step 4 of the 'Resolve Attacks' step, so rolls made against a model's Save characteristic or its invulnerable save if applicable.

Feel No Pain-type rolls, of which Power From Pain's Inured to Suffering result is one, aren't saving throws, basically.

Saving throws are only saves made with their profile save or an invulnerable save. Ignore Wound type effects are not saves.
