Anyone have a link to a video or blog that details a nice pale skin paint formula for the GUO?

Thanks in advance!

Corax White primer->Athonian Camoshade or Drakenhof Nightshade or Druchii Violet. Any one of those colors will let you give a green, blue, or purple tint to the flesh.

It's how the studio painted most of the Poxwalker models. They just varied it up on the different ones. You can also do Casandora Yellow for a really different, warm look.

The Warhammer TV video for Poxwalkers has Duncan using Reikland Fleshshade, which is close...

Spoiler:

Using Carroburg Srimson give you a good color for Pink Horrors...

um - that's Vallejo pale flesh from their Game range with really thin washes of various ink colours - red, brown & green. Once applied, feather the edges of each applied area with a damp brush. Thicker red wash to the inner bits.
This isn't guess work as it's my model.

The old Spikey Rat Pack blog (one of the forerunners of Iron Sleet) had a great tutorial on pale skin by Kari Hernesniemi.
