The least noticeable colour. So something which compliments your chosen terrain and doesn't stand out, or detract. I'd argue the basic brown in the picture is the best of those you've chosen.

This.
Of the ones you chose, I voted brown. Brown looks the best in the photo. It is subtle and appears like just more ground. Black, however, looks really nice. A black trim is like a frame for your basing. It's really like whether or not you like outlines on pictures. Having the black trim on the base makes it look very clean and keeps the colors contained. Painting the trim brown like the dirt on the top of the base makes it look like the Ork is standing on a short column of dirt.
Alternatively, you could color the trim different for each unit so you can distinguish them when they are nearby. I've noticed with orks and nids its all too easy to forget which models are in which unit when they move or fight side by side.

Base rims should* be a neutral colour that's as unobtrusive as possible. This generally means either black or a colour that ties in with the top of the base.
One advantage of black rims is that if everyone does it, it ties together opposing forces and helps make the game as a whole feel coherent. The same would be true for any rim colour, but black goes with anything, while (for example) brown rims would look odd on a Martian base, so black is the best choice for "universal" colour.
In this instance, I would say the brown rims are best, then the green, then the yellow. Black rims would in my opinion be between brown and green.
* As always, there are exceptions - for example, some people use base trims to differentiate between units. I'm speaking from a purely aesthetic position here.
for me its black all the way but the brown you've chosen does look good...
