GOT to finish my imperial guard army! IG AM

A custom guard regiment of Strelets, a off-shoot on Vostroyans theme-ish.
Paint scheme - Inquisition colors.

Large troop-heavy contingent with minimal vehicle support with a command structure composed of lord commissar and lord inquisitor.
Supported by small group of SB Sisters of Battle and small squad of SM Space Marines.
To purge the heretics!

Brain-storming unique cool sounding names for squads and command structures.

Working on 2 squads of flamers at the moment.

All my guard came from graveyard piles, cheap ebay deals, trades, some old sets, some new sets.
Was a mess of color and bits. Slowly converting the rabble into the inquisition ranks.

Working on Inquisition themed Sniper squads.
Have 4 squads of 4, and one squad of 2.

Almost done

Working on 2 Melta mm squads of 10.
Back row is all finished, with blue and pink color scheme and white claw shoulder pattern.
Front row will be done in similar color scheme with color variation on the claw pattern.

Progress slow but steady.
2 units done.

This Melta squad of 10 will receive similar claw design for the shoulders but on dark-gray instead of white.

Great idea and project! I especially like the characters, the inquistor, the missionary, the comissar and the bodyguard. The snipers with the cloaks will also look great.

Chimera IG AM
I always though the Chimera turret looks a bit cartoon-ish and small.

A bit of plasticard and an extra (Wild Fire) weapon option from (Dust Tactics: Light Assualt Walker) set.

Demolisher Leman Russ inspired by a "Drive me closer I want to hit them with my sword" art work/meme.

This Inquisition vehicle is not finished yet!
1 - Need some work on the Shrine on the back of the tank. more candles and such
2 - Cleaner bags and nets.
3 - Antenna and towing wires.
4 - Guy on top needs some work.
5 - dry pigments for sure.

MM 10 man Squads finished.

The Skelet Claw is a much older paint job.
The vox caster for the Skelet Claws is a guy who is gifted with ears that allow him to hear really well and vocal-cords to yells really loud, leaving him free from relying on the tech to relay orders

The Dragon Claw is a recent paint job.
The special weapons are veterans in their own right. The one with the tattoos has a focuser-muzzle that allows payload to be effective at a further mark on the scale.

Thanks man. Russian themed Inquisition Guard is the idea I am going for.
Making each 10 man squad a bit different is a way for me to get through large amount of models without running out of steam.

Not a lot of work at all. Because my IG AM was acquired via: ebay bit bags, swap meets, graveyard piles, and few fresh sets.
The building process is dictated by the models I have. It just happened to be that a box I got had lots of "sniper" bits.
I just had to assign the current pieces and units into the 10 men squads.
