Anyone know if the DKoK Grenadiers will be replaced? Not sure what to use for veterans since the grenadiers are no longer available.

Don't count on old models being replace any time soon. FW is mostly tied up supporting their specialist games stuff at the moment.

Forge World is being kind of weird. A lot of stuff dropping off lately.

But then again, now you don't have to worry about robbing a casino to pay for your Imperial Guard army.

If you enter "Death Korps of Krieg Grenadiers" into Google you will also be presented with online retailers other than FW selling said models if you really want to get a hold of some.

Most likely redoing the molds - they just seem to be taking their sweet time about it.

I sent them an email not too long ago - they responded with their typical Forgeworld roleplay.

I had been waiting for Deathriders to be available again, and also Grenadiers as well as the Gorgon Transport. Basically they said the Deathriders would be back soon - and they were and that the Grenadiers and Gorgon either had the origional lost, or in need of serious work and needed revision.

I've been watching for the grenadiers for about a year and they haven't re-appeared. Back when i asked this very question on here, others had said they had been gone for at least a year prior as well - so at least 2 years since they've been available.

So, it seems that they 'intend' to get them back at some point - but who knows?

Honestly I think it's best to treat basically everything Forgeworld does as limited release. Pretty much any line could be removed without much notice.

Not Kreig. That must be one of FWs most profitable lines for 40K, given how long they have been out.

My guess is that they are going to come back, as both the Grenadiers with melta/heavy stubber and the ones with heavy flamer are still avaiable.

I ran into some info on the gorgon/grenadiers. Forgeworld puts out a catalogue:

The grenadiers, gorgon, and a lot of other stuff (unfortunately including stuff that was put on last-chance this year) is on there. So either they intended to put them back this year (4 months left), or their editor is just incredibly lazy and didn't remove things that they should have.

This probably warrants an email to FW. I doubt the catalog is correct or it is old version. A lot of stuff is in there that is no longer available..dreadnoughts, dread weapons, marine torsos, heads, etc. Has to be an error as I doubt they are bring all that stuff back.
