One you might overlook, as they were not founded as a primaris chapter, are the Scythes of the Emperor. They were nearly wiped out fighting tyranids, but are now a predominantly primaris chapter. I am sure many of their companies are primaris only, and an all-primaris army would certainly be fluffy.

The Celestial Lions. They've suffered very heavy casualties and are currently being rebuilt, making them prime candidates for Primaris Marines. That was my reckoning anyway, which is why I'm doing them. That, and their kick ass colour scheme to boot.

Crimson Fists got a similar treatment since they barely had a couple of companies worth of Marines at the time of the Ultima Founding.
