I'm finishing up my Iron Hands 2000pt army, its very shooty based, with a lot of heavy hitting units, dev squads w missile launchers, predators, razorbacks, etc. To fill up my last 150 so points, I had no fast attack, so I'm contemplating what units to fill. I know speeders are pretty meh, I've seen a lot of armies with bike squads, but I'm not 100% sure this would benefit my army. I also have no flyers either, idk if that makes any difference either. My question is, is a bike squad and attack bike my best option to round out my army, or would I benefit best from say an assault squad, or maybe forego the FA option completely and go for a flyer? Here's my army as of now to give you some details:

HQ
Captain w Jump Pack TH SS: 129pts
Librarian w Force Stave, Boltgun, Psychic Scourge (also any help with the librarian is appreciated, I have 0 clue how to load him out.) :96pts
2x LTs: 63pts ea

Troops
5 man Intercessor squad w bolt rifles: 90pts
5 man Scout squad w camo cloaks and SR: 82pts
5 man Scout w boltguns: 55pts

Elites
Contemptor Dread w Combi Bolter and Assault Cannon: 165pts
Redemptor Dread w 2x Storm Bolters, Heavy Flamer, Gatling Cannon, Rocket Pod: 203pts
2x Sternguard Vet squads: 90pts

Heavy Support
Dev Squad w 2x Missile Launchers, HB, PC, and sgt w Combi-plasma: 166pts
2x Predators w Autocannon and HB: 150pts ea

Transport
3x Razorbacks w Twin HB: 87pts ea

That rounds up to about 1850pts, giving me 150 to spare. Any help would be appreciated!

Hi. A scout bike squad is 75 points so you could have two and use with one the mine strat. Or take one and give the razorbacks assault cannons.

Lose the camo cloaks for the scouts. Terrible upgrade.

For shooting choices, consider Tarantula Sentry Guns. 37 points is a cheap TL Heavy Bolter, granted at BS4+, and is easily deployed anywhere.

Jump pack assault squad to bring in turn three to pinch objectives. Don't expect them to do any damage except maybe to clear out a very unprotected objective.
They are surprisingly survivable when they can drop in cover and skip the first 2.5 turns.

Or you can bring Vanguard to actually do that job but better.

Besides they wanted shooting options in the Fast Attack slot. Tarantulas provide that and provide it well.

I don't think they did ask for shooting options? How do the tarantulas work? They might be fast attack but they don't move and would seem to fulfill more of a heavy support function.
Are they deployed as usual in your deployment zone? I don't really do much fw

Scout bikers are pretty good. Fast, good clearing at chaff, has the mines strategem for some MW's at a pinch and you could have 6 of them.
