Changes I found most interesting (please post below anything I might have missed that you think is important):
1. Waaagh banner can now take Power Klaw ("This model may take a power klaw") so they get the benefit but you don't have to take it if you want them cheaper.
2. Kustom Boosta-blastas, Grot blasta Changed the Strength of this weapon to ‘3’.
3. Megatrakk Scrapjets big shootas now hit on 4 (wut?)
4. Get Stuck In, Ladz! can now only be used at the end of the fight phase (huge nerf )
5. Goff warlord trait got a buff as it now give +1 AP to their weapon
6. Nobz are confirmed to be able to take two choppas but can't take two kombi weapons.
7. Grots can't benefit from the snake bites monster hunting strat (so no more wounding titans on 5s with your grot pistol).
8. You no longer have to culculate the power rating of unit in transport when using the tellyporta Stratagem
9. GW "Pimp[ed] slapp[ed] people who thought Orks couldn't loot their own transports"
10. I think multi wound weapons only goes on 1 grot now. Which means nobz might want to bring about a group of 10 grots to survive a few rounds of plasma.

Haha. Exalt for you. I had already planned on using my third trukk kit to add bits to my nobs since they’ll always loot their truck when it pops

I think they did a good job. They clarified a lot of the things people were wondering about. Blood Axe copters are now pretty awesome, and Goffs now have a proper warlord trait. The only thing that could have made it better is if they stuck on a datasheet for Mega armored Warbosses, Big Meks, and gave trukks rokkits.

Good FAQ, cleaning up some bad wording and exploits, confirming powerful RAW (tellyport limit), actual change to the Goff trait, and putting the damn grot artillery questions to rest.

Its really good, they tidied up some oddities and Grot shields has been clarified to be even better now.
The looting of our own Trukks is fluffy and decent.
They haven't clarified what happens when a SJD uses Drive by Krumpin and advances or even if they can if they've used Shokk Tunnel ability.
Fight again has been nerfed, it now happens at the end of the fight phase.
I like the fact that they went into detail about why Grots don't get Clan traits. Silly pretenders. Their teef don't grow faster and they aren't faster even when wearing red.

This is super annoying though because the lore about grots flips every edition! Some times they do, sometimes they don't! Make up your mind GW!!!! Arguably though I say Grots have their own kulture where they're remarkably lucky until 1 second they're not. Like they could dodge a million bullets but die by falling over.

No 1+ save on Mega Nobz now from the Loot It strat. Which is good, because 1+ saves are weird.
No clarification on Shokkjump Dragsta and whether the teleport is instead of moving (I know it might seem obvious, but it doesn't actually say!).

Fight again nerfed, no monster hunter for grots; and confirmation that nothing Gretchin gets kultur at all.
In exchange for...
+1 to hit on scrapjet side weapon, a now functioning Goff trait (wow, GW did it’s job for once), buffed grot shields, buffed loot it stratagem
Eh - grots are my favorite units, so having them do nothing is just righteous annoying; and the fact that battlewagon STILL doesn’t work the way it should - it’s a wash. I’ll take the buffs though.

It's a damn shame about the fight again stratagem, considerably worse but obviously still very useful. Grot shield stratagem is now completely amazing.

Only one I'm not happy about was the Goff Gorkanaut having to use the same profile for bonus attacks. No idea why this is when Morty does the same thing but is allowed to switch profiles.
Also, while I'm happy they fixed the 1+ save problem (due to the complexity of having to explain how it's effectively a 2++ Inv save), I wish they had made the choice to change it in the most boring-est way possible by hard-capping a 2+ save. Would've rathered the unit get +1 to saving throw rolls so that you get a 1+ save the way you expect a 1+ save to work (where modifiers actually function).

Oh, cool; no stratagems transfer to passenger now.
Rip my Chinork dakkaboat filled with shooty passengers, gunning it up against other units with FLY.
Is a +1 to hit a modifier?
Does open topped explicitly transfer modifiers to passengers?
So "long uncontrolled bursts" should transfer to my embarked passengers?
Nope, nope, and nope; at least in GW world.

Only thing that annoys me here is the fight again... for 3cp you're spending a huge chunk to fight again anyway but now that it happens at the end it won't be nearly as useful vs big tough Knight targets.
Also kinda annoyed about the grots not getting the snake bites start even though it doesn't target them. I mean I thought Snakebite grots were supposed to be better! Snakebite grots should have been made T3...

The one I'm most happy about(apart from killing off the mega stupid 2++ mega nob exploit) is the grot screen. The buff itself is often fairly neglible effect unless unit in question is like 30 strong unit with runtherd but it's oh so much faster to roll...
On saturday leviathan kept bombarding my lootas and having to roll 9-10 times 2 dice one pair at a time was very annoying. This way it's much faster. End result would actually have likely been pretty much same. I would MAYBE have had 1-2 loota less die to rolling 1's but that would have had zero impact on game and grots would have died in practice as fast anyway. Okay squad would have taken less casualties during shooting but as it is morale would have finished squad off anyway...
Oh and no more "what happens if I suffer 2 damage but there's only 1 grot. If I roll 2 and 4 does the excess go to ork after all?" wondering.

The one clarification I didn't like was the confirmation that units in open-topped transports cannot be targets of things like more dakka or showing off.
Which kind of makes sense, I guess, but also doesn't a bit. At any rate, its a definitive answer.

Pretty sure no RANGED WEAPON is used ever in fight phase. And since you can only trigger strategem when you are hit by RANGED WEAPON...Now I suppose if somehow you do happen to be hit by RANGED WEAPON in fight phase and orks are at least bit further than grots that would be legal....Though I would consider that exploiting to use it for non-ranged weapon in fight phase just because some weird ranged weapon shot at first...Still. Don't think there's any ranged weapon that can be fired in fight phase and since strategem is triggered by being hit by ranged weapon and lasts only through that phase don't think that is possible.

Do pistols count as ranged weapons? Sorry forget that - thats in the shooting phase.

Pistols aren't used in the fight phase. They're used in the shooting phase, but can be fired in the shooting phase while in combat. EDIT: your edit got in just before me

Ah, but can you use Grot Shields against overwatch? It doesn't say that it has to be in the shooting phase, just that it has to be a ranged weapon. So you put a unit of grots in front of but of a little out of way of the boyz so they aren't in the way, and declare a charge.
Your opponent declares overwatch. If you take hits you activate grot shields and transfer the hits to the grots.
Now, against most armies its not that useful, but against Tau? Sounds like a good way to avoid their mass overwatch rule.

Yep. So they can't be used. So in short I'm really, really, REALLY struggling to come up with one. It would be so rare I seriously would find it hard to believe GW meant grot screens to be used as h2h screen even if there would be some super hyper rare ranged weapon that would still be used in fight phase!
Anyway no more about that one. Goffs and with that Ghazkhull got actually warlord trait that actually makes SOME sense. And at least some justification for Ghazz taking price hike though that's expensive -1AP for h2h.
Good thing also that they clarified what happens with mob up when one unit has advanced and one not. Only took 11 months for that to be clarified!
Interesting no "come back alive strategem+skarboy" seems to have been asked. I was expecting answer to that one.
No more deathskull kannons from index. Good. Makes index less of a bad word without that exploit. Too bad no dakkadakkadakka to them either though :(
When I get around building some nobz time to build twin choppas. Interestingly they didn't seem to say anything against big choppa+choppa combo. Seems pointless not to give free choppa then.
