Boyz go in the Battlewagons. Painboy, wierdboy and grotz go in the bonebreaker to come along for the ride in case they are useful.

Lootas sit at the back surrounded by grots eating up command points double shooting and dakkadakkaing, everything else rolls forward under the Mek shield and charges ASAP, not sure about the painboy but rezmeks redder armour could be good and he could be handy for patching up the 2 bosses.

Maybe put the painboy on a bike so he can keep up with the bosses? Can get points from moving kill saws to PK's on the boyz mobs.

With the redder armour he gives his transport +1 movement... but I don’t think he can heal peeps from inside a transport or give his aura of feel no pain...

List looks decent but could use some cleaning up. Painboy wony make his points back, drop him. Big Mek has one purpose to carry the KFF don’t waste 9 points on the KMB. One shot isn’t worth it. Drop the bone breaker for another battle wagon with deft rolls. Drop the unit of Gretchen in the Evil Suns detachment to make room for 18 more boys to fill said battle wagon. As I’m typing this out probably easier to just show you. Here you go.

wirried about that wierdboy getting left behind and out of range to cast his powers that’s happened the last 3 games i’ve Played, I think he needs to be in a wagon

Happens to me too, he's deepstriked from behind turn 2 and always die, if he footslogg he dies, and if you defend him you are losing dakka in front line.

The problem is, if you embark him, he cannot cast powers

That's not a problem in a list like this one. You don't need to cast any power until the ork units are in combat range. The typical footslogging weirdboy with da jump casts his power in turns 1-2 and then he dies or stops to be really useful, the embarked one (with fists of gork or warpath) casts his power from turn 2+ and acts close to the action.

I always run 1-2 embarked weirdboyz in my mechanized lists.
