Hello all! just a quick question...lets say i have a unit of hellblasters within 6 inches of a primaris ancient with relic banner (3+) and at the same time within 6 inches of a space marine company ancient with a banner (4+)..and 1 hellblaster dies (either rolling overchager 1 or getting killed by the enemy's shooting) does he roll 2 dice? one at 3+ and one at 4+? and if he passes both gets to shoot twice?

No. From the rulebook update 1.3 :

Q: Lots of aura abilities say they grant an ability to nearby
units that are within range of any such models. Are the bonuses
cumulative (i.e. if I am within range of two models with
identical aura abilities, is the bonus doubled)?
A: Unless stated otherwise, no. The bonus for such an
ability applies once if any (i.e. one or more) of these
models are within range.

so no shooting 9 times(18 if rapidfire) with my hellblaster that dies nearby my 9 banners? nooooooooooooo!!!!

Even if it would be possible, it makes no sense For the cost of 9 ancients you could get ~17 hellblasters, who can shoot without dying first, without rolling a 3+ or 4+ first.

those 17 dudes will shoot only once...but my rest 15 will shout 9 times or 18 if rapid fire more times each one! you will be wishing to loose hellblasters! probably the enemy will avoid shooting them fearing that if they die they will whipe him out!

What's the rules on each of the banners? From Sikamika's description they aren't identical aura abilities - shooting again on a 3+ vs 4+ ensures they are not.

They're identical, the relic banner simply adds lets you add one to the result, for an effective 3+.

I play Space Marines, Dark Angels, Blood Angels, Astra Militarum, Militarum Tempestus, Chaos Space Marines, Dark Eldar, Eldar, Orks, Adepta Sororitas, 'Nids, Necrons, Tau and Grey Knights.

They’re even the same rule in the Dark Angels Codex, with a supplementary rule changing the effects, but the ‘Astartes Banner’ rule itself being exactly the same for both Chapter and Company Ancients.

If you want to see Banners that do stack check the Blood Angels.
A company/primaris ancient, sanguinary ancient and terminator ancient all have differently named abilities.

Notably the company/Primaris ability applies to all of your ancients whilst the sanguinary and terminator ones have their main ability apply only to nearby units and their leadership buff apply to all ancients.

If, for some reason, you field all 3 then they each buff Leadership by 3 and allow nearby units to fight/shoot sometimes on death. Plus the sanguinary and terminator ones have some additional effects.
