Any reason they have to be US? Poland and Spain seem to be the best place for price and volume at the moment.

I reached out and unfortunately the people at mad robot do not offer casting services

Did you ask them who did theirs?

My list of US companies is out of date so I don't know who might be available but search for some of these;
