General thought process is this:

Flamers, Changecaster, Bloodmaster, and squad of 30 Bloodletters go in Deep Strike. That's 6 of my 18 CP right there.
Bloodletters ALSO get a Banner of Blood. 7 CP gone.

Not sure what Relic to take.
