Ok, first let me say that I have only read a friend's copy, don't have book yet

Second: not trying to be difficult / vague but without the books handy...

New rules about taking detachments for "Space Marines" is this for all space marines (Deathwatch, wolves, angels, etc...) or just "Vanilla" marines?

It's only for Vanilla Marines. A "Space Marines Detachment" is defined on page 194 of Codex Adeptus Astartes Space Marines as one containing only units with <CHAPTER>, ULTRAMARINES, IMPERIAL FISTS, SALAMANDERS, WHITE SCARS, RAVEN GUARD, IRON HANDS, CRIMSON FISTS or BLACK TEMPLARS.
