Is there an updated rule book available that includes changes to CP earned from detachments, when reserves can arrive and so on?

I'm finding it difficult to string everything together :s

Not in print, no.

I believe the Apple store epub updates with changes, though I don't use it myself so someone else will have to confirm!

Bare in mind too, that several of the matched play rules people use are technically still Beta Rules, including the Tactical Reserves rule you refer to. So it wouldn't make sense to put them in the book yet anyway.

I was about to disagree, since I havent seen the BRB updated after any updates in a long time.

However, I checked before saying something stupid again.

It was updated on the 19th December, the last update was in September 2017.

So yes, it does update, just not terribly fast compared to Codices.

As I say, it won't contain the beta rules that most people play with so you'll definitely still need the information from the Big FAQ regardless of how up to date it is.
