I've got a modeling dilemma and could use the suggestions of the group:
I would like to build up and run some Sisters of Battle Rhinos using the kit pictured, (not mine,) 'cause I think it looks neat and will help distinguish my SoB army from my Space Marines.
Problem is... Well, the kit doesn't have anywhere for a second Storm Bolter. (Or a HKM, for that matter, but I don't run HKM on my Rhinos.) I'm not sure how to add one without it just looking kind of trashy and bad.

It's a standard Rhino kit with a SoB vehicle upgrade kit's bits on it. The upgrade will give you all the bits this one has on it.

Yes. I know. That's not what my problem is here. If I just needed bits, I'd find a supplier on Ebay.

Could you modify it to have both SB mounted on the copula, on alternate sides like a mini razorback?

It's possible I could do both sides, but it'd look incredibly close at that point to an Immolator and I'm worried that would cause confusion on the game table. (An Immolator is just the Rhino kit pictured above, but with a larger turret that has a gun on both sides. It's also a larger gun, though.)
I'm not sure how I would mount a doublewide Storm Bolter, (A Storm Storm Bolter?) but if I can work out a way to get the model looking good I might go for it.

A quad bolter might look alright if it there was somesort of frame work between the guns to space them.
Other options would be mounted like sponsons, on the rear hatch or hull mounted fixed forward/rear. But those other options seem like they would look rubbish. Automatically Appended Next Post: Thinking a stripped down version of this sort of thing;

That's really close to an Immolator turret.
That said, I looked up rear hatch options and came across this on Ebay. Having it as a rear-facing sponson doesn't seem that bad, I just need to figure out a good way to punch some washers so that the larger base works with the smaller sponson.

Shame to loose the fleur but seems the most doable.

If you drill out the exhausts, you can use clear acrylic rod to mount some sort of Imperial gun drone. If you’ve ever heard of Command and Conquer Generals, the drone follower upgrades for American vehicles are basically what I have in mind.
Currently I have a few of these to represent extra stubbers on Onager Dunecrawlers.

For Sisters/ DW/ GK Rhinos I'm mulling over the idea of a ‘heavy’ servo skull, though I’ve yet to settle on a solution.

So far, I've been trying to kit bash from a servo skull, electro priest backpack, and storm bolter, but it still feels a bit anemic…

The Marine Standing Behind Marneus Calgar

Model a sister standing on the back, with a bolter in each hand, dispensing the Emperor’s justice.
Alternatively, have the gunner sticking out of the hatch with a SB of her own.
All this will probably be easier when the plastics get here.

Are you committed to that particular kit? There are a number of third party bits (on Shapeways for instance) for Sororitas rhinos which include multiple turret rings.

As an ork player,
I'd say cut the back of the storm bolter at a 45 degree angle
and glue it to the front armor under the vision slit...
 !
sort of like those WW2 tanks where the assitant driver fired the MG as well
