Does anyone know if Vallejo Game Color has matches for all the new GW Paints and Glazes?

Specifically Guilliman Blue and Waywatcher Green?

Thanks!

Vallejo have much bigger pallete (looking through all their lines -model/game/mecha colour etc) so you can find anything there, but I think not all are covered with 100% match. Anyway the differences are in acceptable frame.
There is at least two mobile apps that can help you with matching the colours - paintrack and hobby colour converter, both are very useful in our hobby.

And about the glazes, there was a post where we were talking about the glazes. Vallejo have glaze medium, so you can make your own glaze from any normal paint. There is only one producer that are making pre-made glaze, but can't bring to my mind which one...

Warcolours has premade Glazes, but I have no idea if the hues are the same as GW's.

I think it's likely a better idea to find the blue color you like and use some glaze medium, like Oshii said.

Minor note, IiRC, at least liquitex glaze medium is rather glossy, you way want to also get some matte medium to also cut the resulting paint with to bring it back down, though that may be my iffy painting skills at work.

As long as you use varnish at the end I think gloss/matte finish is not a problem. I always sealing minis at the end for protection, eventually putting some gloss varnish by brush (lens, gems etc).

I'm pretty sure the Vallejo one is matte, but it likely isn't as matte as actual matte medium.

I use Vallejo Glaze Medium all the time and don't find it to add any appreciable level of gloss to the paint.
