I see 17mm for the axe head, and about 2mm wide at the haft

No problem. I’ve thought about using WG melee weapons for an autach conversion, but they are a bit oversized. I’ve seen people pull it off though, so it can be done. Might just take more skill than I’ve got.

Actually i was thinking of hacking it up a bit and using it as the but end of an exodite lance. But i still think it might be oversized.

Tried looking into some HE AOS/WHFB bits ? Ive snatched up a bunch of swords & spears/lances for conversions on ebay on the cheap. The halberd/Noble weapons might be what you need.
