I was lucky enough to be invited to contribute to the Wizard's Conclave supplement for Frostgrave, out February 21st. I'm joined by Owen from Gaming with the Cooler as we return to Feldstad with our original Wizards, Hrothgar and Redd to play through scenarios from the book, starting with The Blade of Barael!

A deep gloom descends upon the steets as the Warbands approach an ancient Aviary. Could this be the home of the mythical Crow-Mage, forger of the War-Mage Barael the Bastard's fabled sword? Hungry for more knowledge and oblivious to the return of their rival, the Wizards approach!

One little request - any chance you could use the snowy mat? Makes 'em a little more atmospheric.

Unfortunately the contrast with the camera means then you can't see the models. :/ If I can find a more 'blue' game mat (such as the official one, which sadly hasn't made it to canada) that doesn't just bounce light directly back to the aperture I'll switch back.

Technical things... the more you know!

I have the rulebook somewhere but haven't looked at it in ages. I think Test of Honor is the one I've got up next in the queue for that period.
