Hello, got some quite old miniatures here [circa 1979-88]. They're obvious lead, as my fingertips could tell from the tinge left behind from handling. Is the white dust lead rot? They used to make white lead in a really nasty process involving animal dung and clay pots, terribly poisonous stuff.. made wonderful white paint though!

Thanks, now I read on here sometime ago how to remove the lead rot. I think it was with toothpaste?

Lead rot can be tricky to identify in photos, especially in its early stages, but I think most of those look good. There's a couple with a sort of dull grainy grayness about some parts that could be a symptom, so it might be worth it take a look at the various means to control the problem.
