Nothing wrong with the concept but you can't take skullreaver on a CSM daemon prince. It is a chaos daemons relic. So this means you can't use warptime on him either.
You can either take the CSM version which isn't nearly as powerful. Or take him as an auxiliary detachment (you wouldn't want to loose your nurgle loci for sticking him in the nurgle detachment.
Also I'm not sold on the malignatas seeker. If you're shooting against something with an invul they're very inefficient. I'd just take a second unit of oblits instead.

This isn't quite true. The daemons codex stipulates that any daemon character in the army can have a relic so the CSM can take it.
As for the deredeo I was considering just rolling with butcher cannons. Any thoughts?

I think you can't.
When they said "If your army is led by a Warlod with the DAEMON Faction Keyword, you may give... to a DAEMON CHARACTER in your army", they are talking about the faction keyword DAEMON, and the Daemon Prince doesn't have it,
Same rule wich prevent us to use DAEMON stratagems on CSM/DG/1Ksons DAEMONS.

Yeah you definately can't take skullreaver on CSM daemon prince; only chaos daemons can take their relics.
Butcher cannons are definately more useful IMO, can kill the big stuff as easily as troops.
