So am thinking of doing a Crimson fists kill team would I use the imperial fists name generator or are all the Crimson fists named with Spanish names?

You can use what ever names you want. Spanish for Rynn's World, Germanic for any Primaris that came from Guilliman, then what ever names from other worlds in their Sector they have started recruiting from.

I don't really see why all inhabitants from Rynn should have Spanish names, even among members that we know of there's quite a mismatch.

Well most of the characters have Spanish names and that’s what the game designers wanted originally

Because I am making a generalization. Most Crimson Fists known to be specifically from Rynn's World have Spanish or Spanish sounding names.

The old Index Astartes article named three fists besides Kantor: Captain Cortez, Captain Drakken and Sergeant Huron Grimm. Those last two don't sound very Spanish to me.. nor does Brother Durvok, the name given to the uniform example in the recent Index Astartes article.

Durvok was one of the influx of Primaris given over by Guilliman right? Names could come from anywhere then. Drakken and Grimm could be recruits from elsewhere in the Sector, or even just from Rynn's World, because it is possible to have non-spanish names. However 40k is full of generalizations for names.

The Crimson Fists recruited from multiple worlds other than Rynn's World, even before the Arch Arsonist invaded.

I can't remember the names of the other worlds. One was a swampy death world of some sort. I always figured that was a reason why there was all sorts of names in the chapter.

If I remember correctly Rynn's World was a fairly low-population agri world, so it would be a little bit weird of a place to get all of their recruits from.

Pedro Kantor, Chaplain Jorge Martinez and suggested names like Alrovez and Sanchev from the Honor the Chapter Deathwatch supplement, and their crazypants 3E captain Alessio Cortez, all have Spanish names, and because alliteration is fun. Although the original Crimson Fists used names of Spanish and Portuguese Conquistadors

From 1d4chan, so not gospel but makes sense.

I'd be surprised if before the 3rd edition Codex, there were many named Crimson Fists other than Pedro [K/C]antor.

Orinoco, Quiff, Stalker, Lustgarten and Kendall were all names given to particular miniatures in early 40k (as was Huron Grimm).
