So in Vigilus Ablaze, there is a Specialist Detachment for Fallen Angels. If you include Cypher, he gains an additional ability called Agent of Discord. Is this a Warlord Trait?

No, nowhere in the rules for the detachment is it referred to as such.

I understand why you need to ask, GW are incompetent enough to try and give a Warlord Trait to a unit that says cannot have one.


Luckily it isn't one, it's just an ability.

And yet they actually didn't make that particular mistake this time.
