Does the Battle Brothers rule prohibit you from taking multiple Noctilith Crowns in one fortification network because they don't share any keywords aside from CHAOS? I can't see why it wouldn't

No. The Fortification Network Detachment is exempt from the Battle Brothers rule.

Clearly answered in the 'Battle Brothers' rule:
All of the units in each Detachment in your Battle-forged army must have at least one Faction keyword in common. In addition, this keyword cannot be Chaos, Imperium, Aeldari, Ynnari or Tyranids, unless the Detachment in question is a Fortification Network. This has no effect on your Army Faction.

And besides that it would still be legal and battleforged as it does share the CHAOS keyword. These keywords are only ignored when checking keywords within a detachment.

The question was about putting them in the same detachment.
