You mean there are “just enough” Blood Angels for the losses.

If the truth can destroy it, then it deserves to be destroyed.

The 402e Régiment Cadien Polyvalent is all around regiment located in the Ursus sector, south of Cadia. Apart from drawing it's coutless recruits, armour, missiles, aircrafts... from it's own furnaces, it is also charged with re conditioning "unadequate" soldiers, both physically and psycholigically. Since the reatments the victims undergo to make them fit and brainwashed are much borderline, the regiment was assigned his own sector and camouflaged with the label "Cadian".

After the regiment rebelled on the guiding of possessed psykers who made it through all security protocoles to have almsot 75% of the regiment turn their backs on their brothers, the Ursus system was engulfed into a civil war from which loyalists enventually emerged victorious, having kept their hands tightly gripped on the industrial complexes that gave them aircrafts and tanks to overwehlm the enemy's superior numbers. They were led by the current leader of the regiment, the "Camarade Commissaire" who's true name has been eclipsed by this titel. Today he only, and the Contremaîtres who he has personnally teached the art of "reconditionning" are able to carry out the regiment's secret mission.

The regiment wages war in nearby sectors that are deemed to be part of his "rayon de projection".

They are many more details but that's the big part of it.

Necrons: my dynasty used to be amonsgt the most loyal, providing it's leader all the supplies, and troops they ever demanded. However being at the spearhead of every move inevitably bled their forces dry and as their population became thinner and thinner, they started deploying to protect vital communication nods. When the war in the heaven was finally over, and the necrons turned their weapons against thir C'tan enslaver, the dysnasty was crippled by the fury of these deity: they had become a soft target, that one could eliminate with ease. Later on, they were also harassed by hateful eldars, so that in the end, when the dynasty entered its tumbs for hibernation, only a singleworld stood still.

Now they awaken, isolated and outnumbered, but as loyal as they ever be, their most characteristic trait, unquestionnable loyalty to the silent king and conquer only in the hope of refounding their empire, should they fade away in the colossal task. They're right now busy with setting their own coreworld free, after with they'll rush the next work and make it rip for annexion...

That's all!

The 12th Tallarn Sand Wolves are an armored regiment that took heavy losses in an unnamed but long campaign on a miscellaneous desert planet. They were reconstituted with the veterans of depleted Catachan and Cadian infantry units from the same campaign.
Basically let me use all of my unneeded space wolf decals on the tanks, and use common infantry models.

For the Emperor! Kill Maim Burn!... I mean purge the unclean!
