Are the killzones one run print only? All but the most recent are gone from the webstore..... I love these boxes, and if they are one run only that would have been nice to know.
In other news, what is part c13 from the sector santoris sprue?

I don't want the best army, just one that isn't an exercise in picking up my models by turn 3.

Aw, I love the battlefield in a box concept, plus all the extra little cards and stuff Guess I missed out on the ones I'm missing - they run something like 300$ now

These were heavily outsourced with components printed in China, and it is not simple to turn around and make more on short notice. Perhaps GW underestimated demand, or more likely were only willing to make a relatively small number so as not to undercut their profits too much, as the sets were a good deal. Too good to last, apparently.

One rumour is that GW was just looking for a way to make people buy terrain (the Kill Team cards), another is that they underestimated the popularity of Kill Team altogether.
Kill Zone wise, what's left that they could put in a box? Skyshield Landing Pad, Ork Mekboy Workshop and the Tau stuff?

When you put it like that. It seems like maybe we will be getting second print runs in the future just so they can keep selling stuff.

If they were going to sell the Tau stuff, I'd think that would have been in the Tau KT starter.
And like the OP, if I'd know they were limited, I'd have bought the Sector Munitorium. Will buy the cranes at some point because I like the idea of fighting in a supply depot.

There are still some third party suppliers that have them in stock, so if you're quick you haven't missed out!
Here's an example: https://www.waylandgames.co.uk/275-warhammer-40000-terrain (cheaper than buying them direct from GW as well)

According my local GW manager, all the Kill Team products (except the rule books) are limited splash releases - once they're gone, they're gone. All the third-party ones I've checked only have the two most recent ones in (Sanctoris & Fronteris).

I bet they will be worth loads if new and un boxed in a years time. If you've got the money get on it man. Makes me think of space hulk, I think I saw it on Amazon for something stupid like £600! Pure madeness. Same for the rpg Deathwatch books worth hundreds.

Sector Mechanicus regularly goes for £100+ on eBay, with the top price I've seen been £205 ( https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Warhammer-40K-Kill-Team-Killzone-Sector-Mechanicus-Boxed-Set/113743764158)

I bet the online sellers have dozens of the boxes held back to sell in the years after there out of print. The death world one I can see fetching a high price.

I was thinking the same thing wondering if they are out of print... But just like the Death forest kill zone, I would be interested in seeing the rules but have no plans to ever want the terrain.
Maybe if we are lucky they will come out with a kill zone book with all the rules from previous sets. Something like they did wit the elite book by
reprinting the tactic cards from out of print items.

I asked at the UKGE seminar, and they're looking at bringing back the killzone boards in some way. I didn't specifically ask about the cards, so I don't know what will happen there. Perhaps they'll be reprinted in a future book?

I assume they save money by being online focused? Though just found out they do have a physical shop as well (and run tournaments from it). Where as Games Workshop wouldn't want to have everything cheaper online as they wouldn't want people to be put off buying in store, since building a community around their stores is a big part of their strategy.
Also since they do supply a lot of third parties, GW have to stick to selling their own stuff at the Recommended Retail Price, otherwise the third parties would cry foul and not want to stock it. When a shop I worked at was approached by GW to stock their stuff they offered it to us at 2/3rds retail price, so you can still (just) make a profit selling it at 80% of retail price like Wayland Games do, or possibly they get it even cheaper from GW.

The reason is they are only in the UK, I can't buy the GW stuff.

Use a mail forwarding service. Same thing I do for all of the US retailers that don't want to ship overseas.
And they're not a scam - Wayland and Dark Sphere are the two big places to go for your cheap GW stuff in the UK (with DS having the best service).
