I know you can get various abstract chapters from websites selling them but it's all ways multiple shoulder pads for sale, what I mean is you can't just buy one. That's all I want since its for my DW KT.

So what I'm asking - is there a service where I can say I want 1 of this, this and this? I

If you're after the GW ones try eBay or bits sellers like Bits & Kits. There's a few 3rd party companies that sell individual pads - my favourite is Master Crafted Miniatures.

If you are talking about shapeways icon bits then no.

best chance is to eat the cost and deal with it or find some very random person to split them with.

Find someone with a resin 3D printer and have them print individual shoulderpads for you.

On shapeways under pop goes the monkey you can get a set of deathwatch shoulder emblems. They have a mix of various emblems. That way it will be more cost effective for you.
