Can someone please explain which of the Tzeentch demons is the most powerful? I understand that there are three of the most powerful Lords of Change(Aetaos'Rau'Keres, Amon 'Chakai, Kairos Fateweaver) and it is said about each of them that he is closest to Tzeentch, but which of them is really the main and most powerful?

Whomever Tzneetch decides to be most powerful at the time. This is the God of Change, there is no static hierarchy.

Kairos WAS his number one, and got thrown in the well. Now he’s a gibbering crazy-pants. He’s best cuz “Tuesday”. Tomorrow he’ll be worst; cuz “not Tuesday”. That’s the way of the god of change.

Reality is a nice place to visit, but I'd hate to live there.

Wasn’t Kairos simply a random Lord of Change, whom Tzinch had thrown into the Well? He was not originally the first among the Lords of Change.

The nine pyramids that surround Tzeentch's fortress are ever-shifting, as their lords rise and fall in status constantly. No one is permanently exalted over everyone else in Tzeentch's realm, as that would bring about stagnation and cut back on change and would give the other daemon lords less reason to fight and manipulate with each other to gain status, thus preventing the strong to rise above the weak (and sometimes, vice versa). That being said, due to his incredible, if scatter-brained, knowledge that he gained in the Well of Eternity, as well as his immense psychic power, Kairos Fateweaver has generally stayed as one of Tzeentch's top lieutenants. He's always being watched for dangerous behavior, and absolutely everything he says is written down so as to parse together all of his vast knowledge, but by and large, this close supervision does not affect his power and influence.
