Given this logic, in tournament play RAW environs, would Szeras's Master Technomancer ability stack with Orikan's Technomancer (Orikan) ability, given it is a different ability than Technomancer?

Phaeron's Will cannot be combined with Imotekh for three My Will Be Dones in a single turn because Phaeron's Will specifies the model can use MWBD "a second time". There's no reason that Imotekh couldn't use Phaeron's Will - if he targeted a non-Sautekh unit with MWBD, you could use Phaeron's Will on Imotekh to grant him a second use of the ability.

Note this line in Szeras's Master Technomancer ability:
"A unit cannot benefit from both the Master Technomancer and Technomancer abilities in the same turn."

i don't really understand this, how come you can apply 2 o 3 MWBD on the same unit?
