I might just have missed the passage in the rules, but if an guard unit with a vox dies, am I allowed to use the stratagem "fire on my position" more than once, if I'm willing to invest that many CP?

Each Stratagem can only be used once per Phase. The only time you can use the same Stratagem multiple times is during Deployment. So, no.

Not true. Each Stratagem can only be used once per Phase in matched play. Furthermore, you can use the same stratagem multiple times outside of a phase, unless the stratagem says otherwise (like only once per game/battle round/turn).

Fair enough. Course, I doubt many people ain't sticking to Matched Play rules when they game, and (as far as I'm aware) the Stratagems that happen outside of a Phase generally all happen during deployment. So, I'll do you a solid and amend my statement.

99.99999% of the times you'll be playing this game, each Stratagem can only be used once per Phase. The only time you can use the same Stratagem multiple times is outside of the Phase sequence (almost always during Deployment). So, no.

Again not true. Tell that a necron player who has multiple stratagems which are used at the start of a turn, and at the end of a turn. Both clearly are outside of the phase sequence. The core rules list all the phases on pg. 2. Start and end of turn is not listed there.

Well, considering he didn't ask about a Necron Stratagem, and therefore probably isn't playing a Necron army, I'm gonna assume you're just arguing for the sake of arguing. Especially since I DID say you can use a Stratagem multiple times outside of the Phase Sequence, with an aside that for most people this will only be during Deployment.

1. Movement Phase
Start your Movement phase by picking
one of your units and moving each model
in that unit until you’ve moved all the
models you want to.

The movement phase starts when i pick one of my units, and start moving each model. That is not the start of the turn. At the start of the turn necrons do my will be done and reanimation protocol rolls, and models with living metal regain a lost wound. That happens before the movement phase starts.
