Suppressors move 12” (jump packs) and have an Heavy weapon.
Am I right thinking that by givin’ the Stealth specialization they will shoot the heavy Autocannon without malus if they moved just 6” (therefore counting as readied) respecting the Stealth free ability?

Every molecule will be useful

Readied doesn’t counter moving as far as I can tell. Why would it? It just determines what order you shoot in.

A level 1 stealth specialist counts as ready if they made a normal move of half or less of their move characteristic.

Suppressors have a move characteristic of 12".

Therefore you can make a normal move of 6" and count as readied.

However, it has still moved so you do get the penalty for moving and shooting a Heavy weapon as there is no text in the ability to counter movement related penalties.

Stealth is a Commander only specialty. Suppressors can't be Commanders.

If you did have a Commander with a Heavy weapon and Stealth specialty, it would still have -1 from moving. Readied doesn't care about that.

"'players must agree how they are going to select their armies, and if any restrictions apply to the number and type of models they can use."

This is an actual rule in the actual rulebook. Quit whining about how you can imagine someone's army touching you in a bad place and play by the actual rules.

Stealth is in the commander book, but its a specialty option for several of the marine units in the elites book. Even though in the commander book it does describe it as something for commanders. Unless GW writes a faq, it appears to be intended for an option for regular troops as well.

edit: Infiltrators, suppressors, eliminators, all have it on their data sheet as an option.

The specialisms in the commander book were effectively only for commanders because no core units listed those specialisms on their datasheets (obviously) but that is not true of elites.
