I want to field a Space Wolves Legion Contemptor Dreadnought because it looks so good but its 30k. Is there a way to field such a relic rules wise?

Contemptor Dreadnoughts have been an option in 40K since approximately the release of Betrayal at Calth since it came with a Contemptor. So, unless there is a massive difference between the Legion Contemptor Dreadnought and the Contemptor Dreadnought, you should be able to use it without an issue.

Forgeworld Indexes provide the rules for "most" 30K Space Marine units. The only restrictions tend to be a handful of weapon options.

Holy Terra

There are full rules for the Contemptor in 40k. I often run two

If its the Assault Cannon and Fist or Multimelta and Fist, its in the codex.

If its any other option, you need the FW Index Astartes.

where can I find that info at?

I found the rules for the contemptor Dreadnought in my spacewolf pdf. But the model I want is all 30k spacewolf styled and fancy. Anyone who has seen forge world would know that it is a 30k model.

No such thing as a 30K model vs. a 40K model. Unless it's equipped with weaponry not currently available in 40K.

Battlescribe has the information you'd need for the 30K version of your Contemptor.

Book wise, you'd be looking for this book: Imperial Armour, Index: Forces of the Adeptus Astartes

The unit would be: Relic Contemptor Dreadnought, page 28.

The model is irrelevant as long as its armed with appropriate weapons that you can find in the index. There is no difference between a 30K Contemptor model and a 40K Contemptor model (the idea is that in 40K there are still leftover Contemptor dreadnoughts from the Horus Heresy or shortly after).
