The question is that are Warlord Traits, Stratagems and Relics locked to these specifically named Chapters.

Normally in other books FAQ. They have replace keyword with "your dudes" however I don't see this for this book.

You replace <LEGION> with whatever you want your dudes keyword to be.

To be frank, you shouldn't bother with a Custom Keyword, they cause too much hassle. Paint doesn't affect rules, so just pick a "proper" keyword on your army list and paint your dudes whatever.

That's why i was wondering about an exploit.

if "your dudes"can pick and choose then that doesn't apply.

E.G My Named Faction can take X Renegade Trait and still get access to WL Traits, etc because the text just changes.

The Faction Name must have X mark FAQ doesn't apply.

Flawless Host is amazing at stacking attacks. The idea if you could get Khorne you double fight...for basically anything dead.

Nope, the FAQ is clear on that, if you pick these traits, then you are Mark locked.
