While I agree the priests is not a good model (a great base to convert some renegade witch covens though), the reapers are even worse for admech.

Seeing as GW themselves had a similar conversion for some Ruststalkers in this (or last) months WD then I see no problem. Go for it.

I'm good with all kinds of Counts As. If you're going the AdMech route I do expect a little bit of effort to make them more mechanical though.

Absolutely fine, so long as you:
a) tell me before the game and whenever I ask.
b) paint them appropriately and include some bionic bits to make it clear they're basically combat servo-skulls rather than, y'know, ghosts.
