As the title says, do you think that the Imperium would have been better off if they had released the Primaris Marines 10,000 years earlier? What events would have changed?

Ah! But the filthy Xeno's have had their dirty hands in their creation! I reckon its another order 66 just waiting to happen!

LOL. They're basically space marines that actually visit the gym and eat their greens, so probably a bit better than their classical counterparts. The reivers alone make Old One Eye check under the bed, so the invasion of Macragge would have been called off...

or the 'nids would have adapted to Primaris and been much nastier.

Opinions are not facts please don't confuse the two

Yeah, you'd have like tyrant guards being replaced by gym-rat tyrant guards.

Assuming the heresy played out the same way, not really. Depending on what you mean by earlier you would have the legions either be more deadly as they took sides or if right in the aftermath, you'd likely have a second mass defection considering Cawl used geneseed from every legion. This is also assuming that he perfected them that far back which isn't supported by any source I'm aware off.

Best case you get him putting out a bunch of half assed hybrids with issues. Ask the Raven Guard how well that worked out.
