Can invictors use their concealed position ability alongside the UM redeployment strategem? Like redeploy anywhere outside of 9" of the enemy deployment zone or models?

You cannot. The "Concealed Position" rule works "during deployment" and the "Rapid Redeployment" stratagem is used "At the start of the first battle round, before the first turn begins", which is after deployment has ended. If you want to redeploy an Invictor Tactical Warsuit with Rapid Deployment, it had to be set up as described in the Deployment section of the mission, which generally means you'll have to put them in your Deployment Zone.

Expect a lot of people to complain about RaW vs RaI however. This is one of those situations where the RaW is perfectly clear but because people don't like it they will make excuses to ignore it.

I see what you're saying. My confusion was the interaction of "...set them up again as described in the *Deployment* section..." vs "when you set up this model during *deployment*..."

You are saying that's a clear cut no? There are no other rulings on this? Cant eldar do something similar?

They have a redeployment stratagem (Phantasm) but I don't think they have anything like Concealed Positions.

I agree, when you rapid redeploy you cannot do so using concealed positions.

You can initially deploy using concealed positions and then redeploy into your own deployment zone though, if you wish.
