By the end of Ruinstorm, they have resolved their differences and they agree to fight side by side to hold the line and allow Sanguinius and the Blood Angels to reach Terra. Ruinstorm doesn't contradict UE and AoC, it just completes that particular arc and brings the loyalist Primarchs onto the same page.

exactly. the Gulliman vs the Lion thing is a character arc, it's not a set in stone fact. which is why I strongly belive if the Lion came back he WOULDN'T oppose Gulliman. because they've dealt with that character arc. it would make the Lion and Gulliman both lesser characters to just revert back

Opinions are not facts please don't confuse the two
