Did not see one so I made one-

I only play khador and since I play 8 different game systems already this is my only foray into warmachine. have loads of fun with it even if it is khador slow. the 75 point list

New theme in Oblivion. Warriors of the Old Faith. Basically, the horse lords of Umbrey united against the Infernal invaders. Vlad3 runs it with a Khador and Menoth Jacks and Cavalry models.

This was my army around March this year. I've since added Idrians and Riot Quest models. I'll be adding Archons in the near future.

LunarSol: that's a beautiful army, I'm impressed that you actually painted Menoth models in Khador colours. Very cool!

Bloviator: that's one hell of an impressive army! I'm feeling quite inadequate thinking about my own collection now...

I also toyed with the idea of doing the anti-khador fast khador army with vlad 3, uhlans, manowar dragoons, gun carriages etc... and then I thought about having to paint and transport it all and thought differently.

Yeah... it does pretty much take up a bag on its own. I was going to pair it with Old Witch 2, but I can still hear her cackling away at the thought of trying to fit her in a bag with all that.

Thanks! I'd long wanted to do Menoth in Black and Gold, but intended a darker red or purple for the cloth. The theme just gave me an excuse to use more Khador red to tie the army together. Pretty happy with how it turned out

I primarily play Khador (obviously). But I do have a lot of other factions. Luckily, I have hit the point where I have so many models, so when my wife asks: "Is that new?". I can answer: "No no, I've had that for years. Just packed away" - and she accepts it

Anyway, I currently play either Winter Guard Kommand under Vlad1 or Armored Corps under Sorscha3.

I added a bunch of stuff to this, but I haven't really broken my Cygnar out in years anyway. Here's my last group shot:

I'm loving this thread so far! Lots of great looking armies here. With all the bad press PP had this year, it's nice to see reminders of how much love people have for this game and their armies.

Oblivion has really refreshed a lot of my love for the game. I'm starting to wonder if things would be better at 50 points, but this years SR packet is pretty hard locked at 75. PP's definitely got its sculpting mojo back though. That Menite Archon may be my favorite model I own and MonPoc and Riot Quest are both loaded with fantastic sculpts full of detail and character that look great without a ton of effort on the paint job. It's been a while since my paint queue was this clogged with PP stuff.

Yeah, my local meta had a JML this past summer and we accrued a couple new faces--although there was attrition too (but that's to be expected I suppose). The release of Oblivion at the end of the league and the formation of campaign pods has helped shore our gains.

I've heard a number of people talk about the game balanced at 50 points. I think this comes down to what PP thinks the identity of the game is: is it a skirmish game? a battalion game? a wargame? it's definitely not a battle arena. hmmmm

Just popping in to say +1 to 50 point games! Big fan of that points level, and steam rollers being 75 is pretty much the thing that kept me from ever attending one ... Cheers for sharing y'all's armies, good lucking stuff. If I ever get my Cryx (or mysterious Farrow project) together I'll post 'em up, sadly my Skorne are being dismantled for other gaming projects

Well we did a 50 point one Saturday

I only had to remove 2 minis from my collection-the behemoth and a solo widowmaker

it looked as so.



I think it really depends on the army build as adding those 2 units don't make my army a steamroller

the guy I was facing was a cygnar trencher army that looked like so





I am not sure how this game would have ended because he had to go, so we ended it at the bottom of turn 3 where I charged forwards popped my feat and managed to lock up a jack and some trenchers with my spriggan..





you can play it at any points level of course, i have 75 simply because I wanted the new manowar solos and it just happened to make my army exactly 75 points.. it turned out to be advantageous because 75 is supposed to be "the standard"

However I play in a friendly FLGS environment and I didn't build my force simply for performance, but rather the rule of cool. all of my choices were built around the fact I wanted to play with clam jacks and the gun carriage.

Most excellent thread so far! I will have to break out the Khador army I am rebuilding and take a picture of it. Still working on lots of conversions for it though... so very much a work in progress.

I feel like this is the tread where I slowly reveal I have WAY too much Khador....

Far too many Jacks N That thus far in this cool thread, my army is all boxed up and I suck with my camera phone so just a snap of Circle's most Circley Lass and two of her hench-tools

Not many convergence players around my area always nice to see them on the table.

A comission i bought back in the mk2 days and the pic was taken at that time too.
I do have a small warjacks kador force, but i never get around to paint any supporting mechanics for it.......

So much cygnar .... i should add a new pic of my alternate list....i picked up a used manowar drakuun so i did a 50 point version of my force with him added.

That's a very unique color scheme, kinda reminds me of my old purple and blue nids

they have snow bases are they supposed to be really cold so that they turned blue?

No, I just I dunno, went for a unifying theme. Honestly I chose this colour and basing scheme 10 years ago, I don't remember my logic.
Although I must admit, when I got some Satyxis (who wear bikinis) and putting them on snow bases - my friends gave me a bit of flak.

It's mostly from a maulerfiend, plus a deathchicken. I got the idea from the internet.
