Hi guys, who shoots first between a squad arriving by pods and deathmarks ? If the squad uses the scan ?

That being said, the Deathmarks cannot trigger as a result of the unit disembarking from the Pod, they can only trigger on the Pod arriving, thus the ADEPTUS ASTARTES INFANTRY unit will not be on the battlefield when the Deathmarks arrive, thus you cannot use the Auspex Stratagem on the ADEPTUS ASTARTES INFANTRY unit disembarking from the pod. You can use the Auspex Scan on a different unit on the Deathmarks however, and that is when Sequencing kicks in, as everything is happening "at the end of the Movement phase."
