There is a picture in the codex of Commander Pysell Roderrik in a grey and creme colored tank (attached in this post above). It looks fantastic, and I really want to mimic it. Can anyone figure out what the colors are? I am thinking grey seer and wraith bone are the closest citadel base colors, but I cannot tell. Does anyone have similar color schemes? Any tips? Share your pics?

The grey is in the codex grey spectrum and the sand texture/cream is going to be in the pale fleshtones spectrum (pallid witch + something to fleshy it up a bit)

The lack of yellowish shadows makes me think it certainly isnt in the "bone" spectrum.

I asked the actual painter of it back when it dropped.

The tanks were done with masking and two spray cans. Mechanicus Grey and Zandri Dust.
The Fang was used for the uniforms.

Damn photo color edits. Zandri Dust most certainly doesn't look like that. GOGO GW Color editing.

Oh I'm aware Zandri Dust does not natively look like that...but the trick, apparently, was to apply it over the Mechanicus Standard Grey basecoat.

That's basically it.

The Zandri Dust was applied over Mech Standard Grey at an angle, with the shapes masked out.

With respect, you clearly don’t know what you are talking about. You don’t get a Pallid Wych Flesh tone by spraying Zandri Dust over _any_ shade of grey.

As others have mentioned it’s either GW doctoring the colour in the images, or the painter not being truthful for whatever reason, eg maybe they used another company’s paints and aren’t allowed to say so
