which are kinda cool but not exactly essential. still it provides a nice incentive to take some of othose character units that may have previsouly not QUUUITE made the cut for your list

If you're not using 'em I'll take those rules for my Drukhari. It'd be neat to have some differentiation between the 2-3 identical HQs I have to take to make a detachment.

I kind of get that for my Harlequins but I have to spend the same amount of CP to give a troupe master a SM captain aura.

"Got you, Yugi! Your Rubric Marines can't fall back because I have declared the tertiary kaptaris ka'tah stance two, after the secondary dacatarai ka'tah last turn!"

"So you think, Kaiba! I declared my Thousand Sons the cult of Duplicity, which means all my psykers have access to the Sorcerous Facade power! Furthermore I will spend 8 Cabal Points to invoke Cabbalistic Focus, causing the rubrics to appear behind your custodes! The Vengeance for the Wronged and Sorcerous Fullisade stratagems along with the Malefic Maelstrom infernal pact evoked earlier in the command phase allows me to double their firepower, letting me wound on 2s and 3s!"

"you think it is you who has gotten me, yugi, but it is I who have gotten you! I declare the ever-vigilant stratagem to attack your rubrics with my custodes' ranged weapons, which with the new codex are now DAMAGE 2!!"

"...which leads you straight into my trap, Kaiba, you see I now declare the stratagem Implacable Automata, reducing all damage from your attacks by 1 and triggering my All is Dust special rule!"

Do you know if Blood Angels recieved any chapter specific litanies? And can they use the character upgrades? Just want to know what to expect for my Dark Angels

Blood Angels got theirs in Blood of Baal. The upgrades in Faith and Fury are just for Codex: Space Marines.

noit saying I dislike em just that they're far from "absolutely OMG you must buy this book if you wanna play Marines without being hosed"

Right, master of the forge with master of the machines giving every <CHAPTER> VEHICLE within 6" +1 to the hit roll isnt "exactly essential." IH dont need that, 3 repulsors hitting on 2s, re-rolling 1s.
