is there a list/archive of battlebox exclusive or time limited models?

i was looking to get my hands on the new plastic loonboss on giant squig, and im wondering what other sets are out there

There's Stuff of Legends, but I don't think they have the 'recent' stuff. Having a look back at the Warhammer Community site might be your best bet.

For AoS with Goblins? Loon-curse I think.

For 40k I think they've now released all the exclusive models that came in battleboxes. The only model I don't think I've seen come out is the tech Priest Manipulus that was in the Ad Mech Kill Team. There's also the Sector Fronteris terrain that's not been made available since.
