Has anyone attempted to Convert splintered Fang into daemons? If so how did you do it?

Otherwise, how would people go about it?

My general assumption would be using the Bloodletters, modifying some of the blades, using some horns of them and kitbash from that point.
Further, I am really in love with the shields, how would people go about recreating them?

After looking at the models, I think you "could" do it simply by using a different paintjob. Try to go for an ashen/lava-coloured skin, with coal black armor, maybe smoldering in the recesses (I dont know why, but I'm sure I've seen this used in some fantasy movie of sorts). maybe try to google some form of greek deamon/undead pictures.

You could paint the blades/armour Brass also (Brass being the metal of Khorne) and those vials filled with blood instead of poison.

Edit: I found some pictures googling the movie "Wrath of the titans". They're not exactly what I meant, but I hope you get the idea.

However i feel like dark skin with brass armour would work better with smoldering effects, especially if you'd highlight the recess of muscules no?


Altough i'd say the best case for your suggestion would be ashenskin, then probably nuln oil in smaller quantities, maybee use a small black drybrush.


in case of the armour, i'd think black with a brass drybrushing, whilest open parts like the decorational recess would get the smouldering magmatic look. (however on the shields i'd imagine going for brass, like the weapons and then drybrushing black and or making the decorations magmatic would work better)


Now all i'd need would be a size comparison with some letters and a herald of khorne.
Come to think of it, i'd probably have to convert quite a bit for HQ's for such an army.

Also i never played daemons beyond, well, the occaisonal bloodletter summoned from my R&H commander..

Haha, I'd swap it. I'd use this for the skin and Brass for the armour But I guess this comes down to preference.

I actually probably will attempt to do that, according to your suggestion.

Suppose, you'd want more of the shields of them, how would you go about getting them?

Form them ? (i have no idea how to do so)
