If I have a battalion that is a Raven Guard successor chapter and then I also have a Raven Guard battalion do I get the combat doctrine?

You get regular Combat Doctrines (Devastator, Tactical, and Assault) because everything in your army has that rule.

You do NOT get the Ravenguard superdoctrine, for +1 to-hit/wound characters in Tactical doctrine. You either have to be all RG or all of the same successor chapter.
