Thoughts on using the Grotzookas i had spare to substitute or play as rokkits ?
( i hate grot zookas and didnt fancy big shootas or flamers on the kans)
Would you be happy to face my "rokkits" or would you throw the rule book at me?

Maybe not the rulebook but definitely the codex. I'm fine with conversions and alternate weapons but using one weapon counting as another is a big no no, especially with orks where a rougher conversion/scratch build won't look bad. If you slapped a few more missiles or launch tubes on to obscure the, rather distinctive, silhouette of the grotzookas it would be fine but as is I'd be misidentifying them.

its rather difficult when they only give you 1x grotzooker, 1xskorcha, 1x rokkit, 1x big shoota in a box for three kans, thy should give you three of each if the codex says you can have XYZ in the squad!
i have cut the tops off replaced with alternatives and stuffed rockets in the openings, maybe i need some 3d printed rockets to spice it up even more.

If you're not mixing weapons in the squad--i.e., you drop six Kans on the table and they all have rokkits--only the most contemptible of rules lawyers will give a gak if a couple of them are modeled with different arms.
That said, it is quite easy to bash together a few extra rocket weapons, especially if you know someone with bits you can pilfer. Space Marine and Imperial Guard players inevitably end up with lots of missile pods, handheld launchers, etc. It's also not hard to whip up something with some disposable-pen parts, some plastic tube, and other orky bits.

Definitely! As an IG player myself, I can tell you that the average IG player is going to have some bazookas with spare missiles lying around from every heavy weapons team that didn't use them. This is an especially good option because unlike SM, IG are well established to often "hire" or "payoff" Orks with stockpiles of weapons and ammunitions. These are typically used against the fools who do so when the Orks inevitably get bored and decide to crush them, regardless of the payoff. I can actually offer you a variety of unused heavy weapons and accompanying extra bits NoS myself if you choose to go that way.

IMO, the bit that really marks them out as grotzookas is the big barrel on the end - if you chop that off and then stick on your missiles and launch tubes and whatnot, it should be pretty obvious what they are.
