I'm new to building armies and I wanna make sure I have this right. So I have a basic set of death guard from dark imperium (I wanna make sure I have it understood before I go buying the raction I wanna build) So a patrol detachment is at least 1 unit of troops and 1 HQ. So 1 unit of my poxwalkers and my Malignant Plaguecaster is technically a patrol detachment, and since it supports 0-2 fast attack I could add my drone to it and still be a detachment.
