I didnt get a copy of the 40k rules leak and have not seen it mentioned anywhere so here goes,

Is the rule of 3 still in effect?

...can only include the same datasheet in their army three times.

It's not a core rule, nor a "suggestion" for Organised play anymore, it's a rule that applies only to the "Eternal War" missions. Likewise for the "Battle Brothers" rule (no longer named as such, it's simply a function of the "Muster Armies" step for an Eternal War mission), it's only a rule for Eternal War missions.

I will not rest until the Tabletop Imperial Guard has been reduced to complete mediocrity. This is completely reflected in the lore.
