Recently been working on a Chaos Kill Team as a small side project while I decide what to do for 9th, still want to add a Lord and a converted Beserker to fill out the roster.

Funnily enough the inspiration for the project was from just tidying away the sprues of the Chaos half of Shadowspear (I picked it up for the Primaris) and being really impressed with the sculpts. The last Chaos Space Marine models I owned were the ancient plastic kit so fair to say the detail has come a long way!

Slightly homebrew Legion only in that I knew I wanted red, white and gold but none of the current Legions with that combo really appealed. Still to decide on what symbols they'll get.

The character is intended to be a Warpsmith, denoted by the black panels and heavier armour (that and the servo arm.) Wasn't a fan of the relatively old sculpt currently available from GW so kitbashed my own. The main body is from the Havocs kit.

Spoiler:

C+C always appreciated of course!

Indeed, the cleanness is superb. I can only dream of one day doing that good a job on some Word Bearers.

Exelent stuff. I really like your approach to the CSM -they look more like renegades than true chaos marines.
Also, you have basicly done the Blood Raven colours (and thats really cool) -I have always found them suspicious to be honest
